sioux.gif (16579 bytes) Parades are a major part of the Annual Chasco Fiesta™.  The street parade held on the first Saturday of the fiesta is one of the largest in the area and features, balloons, bands, clowns, floats and much more.  The boat parade held on the second Saturday is the oldest boat parade in Florida and is held on the Pithlachascotee River.

The boat parade starts at  Moonlight Bay then meanders south to Sims Park where the entries are reviewed by our judges then they return to Moonlight Bay to the delight of thousands of spectators who line the full length of the parade route.

Each year the Chasco Fiesta street parade marches down Grand Blvd  at 1:00p.m. and around Orange Lake to Main Street and then disembarks at U. S. Hwy 19.  Join in the celebration ...  Hear music performed by several different bands, enjoy prize winning floats, 35' helium balloons, clowns and much more then join us in Sims Park for intertribal dancing and a blast from the past as we showcase Rock n Roll on the amphitheater stage.  Best of all there is no admission charge! wagon3.gif (11573 bytes)
